What does Equine Talent provide?

Equine Talent does not currently process purchases, hold deposits, arrange escrow, or book transport. Trial arrangements, refunds, guarantees, and transaction policies have not been published. A sample ad is not an offer of buyer protection or a booking for any of those services.

Which sale details need clarification?

AQHA explains transfer documentation for registered American Quarter Horses and recommends checking the horse and seller against its records. Ask the registry directly about a gap in the paperwork.

  • Identify the owner and establish whether an agent is authorized to act for them.
  • Record the horse’s identifying information and agree on the documents to be exchanged.
  • Clarify trial, inspection, payment, collection, and cancellation terms with the people responsible before making commitments.

What should you check before transport?

Discuss the route and timing with the transporter and your veterinarian. Ask who will arrange required health documentation. USDA APHIS notes that importing states determine specific equine entry requirements; check the destination’s current rules rather than relying on an old advertisement.
